This Sauvignon is an iconic wine, crafted with utmost care and exceptional quality, embodying a refined and elegant character.
Made from 100% Sauvignon grapes cultivated in Appiano at 450-500 meters above sea level, it undergoes six months of maturation, predominantly in stainless steel (75%) with a smaller portion in wood.
In the glass, it reveals a brilliant lemon-yellow hue with subtle greenish highlights. Its body becomes apparent at the first swirl. The nose is intensely aromatic, showcasing classic varietal notes of elderflower and aromatic herbs, complemented by yellow fruit and a mineral edge.
On the palate, it impresses with its structure, creamy round texture, and remarkable balance. The vibrant and crisp aromas are enhanced by pronounced acidity, perfectly counterbalancing its roundness. A pleasant salinity and minerality, with hints of petrol, lead to an exceptionally long finish.
This is a wine of style and character, with great aging potential in the bottle.
