Puglia IGT – Nèprica 2023 – Tormaresca

This wine is made from 100% Primitivo grapes grown on the Tormaresca estate in Salento, Puglia, owned by the Antinori family.

The vinification process is entirely carried out in stainless steel, with 8 months of aging in steel followed by an additional 4 months in the bottle.

It displays a deep ruby red color with purple reflections.

The nose offers aromas of cherry, black cherry, and ripe red plum, complemented by delicate hints of violet.

The palate is smooth, with soft and polished tannins that become noticeable in the latter part of the sip. Medium+ body, medium acidity, a slight salinity, good balance, and moderate persistence define the tasting experience.
