This wine is made from 100% Moscato Giallo, grown near Caldaro on steep south-facing slopes at 350 meters above sea level, on soils composed of moraine deposits.
It is aged on the lees for 5 months.
Brilliant lemon color, with an intense nose showcasing the typical varietal aromas, enriched by citrus and light spicy notes.
The wine is dry, with excellent balance due to its bright acidity, minerality, and salinity. Aromas on the palate reflect those on the nose, with good intensity and persistence.
Ready to drink, it also has potential for further aging in the bottle.
