Produced exclusively from 100% Aleatico, a semi-aromatic black grape grown on well-exposed terraces. After harvest, the grapes are dried outdoors on “graticci” for 12–14 days. Only 3,500 bottles are produced annually.
Ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is intense and complex, revealing rose, cherry in spirit, dried plum, blackberry jam, blueberry, dried fig, cinnamon, delicate minerality, and balsamic notes.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, enveloping, and rich, with sweetness balanced by high acidity.
A sweet wine of structure, yet highly drinkable, with an exceptionally long, aromatic finish.
