Grown on stony, galestro-rich soils with high mineral content in two areas facing southeast and southwest. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in large wooden vats, followed by three years of aging in large oak barrels.
Brilliant, intense ruby in color. The nose reveals complex elegance, with tertiary aromas of leather, underbrush, and tobacco, complemented by red fruits such as cherry and red plum, and hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
On the palate, it is powerful and harmonious, with well-structured yet velvety tannins perfectly integrated into the wine. A pleasant acidity maintains balance, supporting the softness. Aromas detected on the nose are fully mirrored on the palate.
