A 100% Sauvignon Blanc cultivated in the village of Cornaiano in Bolzano province, crafted as part of the flagship range of this winery.
Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques, followed by 8 months of aging.
The wine presents an intense, luminous lemon-yellow hue and an expressive bouquet with typical SB aromas and sage, acacia flowers, and subtle wood notes.
On the palate, it shows good body and acidity, balancing a slight oiliness, with a touch of delicate carbonation.
The finish is long and enjoyable, with clear potential for further refinement in the bottle.
