Crafted from 100% Vermentino grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Limbara, amidst forests of holm oaks and cork trees in the heart of Gallura.
The grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness.
After vinification, the wine rests on its lees for four months.
Golden yellow in color, it reveals an intense bouquet of yellow apple, ripe pear, broom flowers, citrus notes, and aromatic herbs, enriched by hints of Mediterranean scrub and a pronounced marine-like minerality.
On the palate, its flavors mirror the aromas, offering a soft texture balanced by vibrant acidity.
A distinct sapidity and minerality enhance the long, citrus-infused finish.
