Champagne AOC – Cuvée du Bicentenaire – Émile Leclère

Created to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Maison Émile Leclère, the Cuvée du Bicentenaire is a Brut Champagne composed of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir.

After alcoholic fermentation, the wine spends 6 months aging in large oak casks (foudres), which impart a subtle depth and roundness.

In the glass it opens with a fine perlage and a brilliant pale lemon color.

The nose offers notes of lemon zest, white peach, and toasted brioche, with hints of almond and dried flowers.

On the palate, the texture is creamy yet vibrant, with a crisp acidity balancing the richness. The finish is clean, dry and persistent, with elegant echoes of citrus and pastry.
