Aubry Brut Premier Cru is a Champagne that blends tradition with character, offering a distinct expression of its Premier Cru origins—Villedommange, Pargny-lès-Reims, Jouy-lès-Reims, and Coulommes-la-Montagne.
The blend is anything but ordinary: Meunier (10%), Pinot Noir (19%), Chardonnay (28%), and 8% of rare ancient varieties—Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris—from the 2022 harvest. The remaining 35% comes from reserve wines aged in a perpetual solera-style system. Malolactic fermentation is encouraged, with a minimum of 18 months on lees.
Lightly dosed, the wine leans into purity and freshness. On the nose, it’s vibrant and fruit-driven—white peach, raspberry, and a touch of floral lift. The palate follows through with a generous roundness from the Meunier, wrapped around a firm, energetic core. The finish is long, structured, and unapologetically expressive.
It’s not just Champagne—it’s Champagne with attitude.
