Barolo DOCG – Cerequio 2020 – Michele Chiarlo

This Barolo, crafted exclusively in exceptional vintages from Nebbiolo grown in the prestigious MGA Cerequio of La Morra, undergoes a minimum aging of three years, with at least two in medium-sized oak barrels.

In the glass, it presents a pale yet brilliant ruby red hue.

The nose is distinctive and deeply balsamic, dominated by eucalyptus and menthol notes, layered with spices, vanilla, licorice, and a backdrop of ripe red fruits, particularly mature cherry, complemented by subtle hints of violet.

On the palate, it reveals a medium body with finely textured, well-integrated tannins. Elegance, finesse, and balance define the tasting experience, with an intense fruit character that lingers throughout the long, persistent finish.

A unique expression of Barolo that promises to evolve beautifully with extended aging.
