Aged on lees for 25 months, it pours a lemon-yellow hue with pronounced golden reflections. The persistent bubbles, though not overly dense, enhance its elegance.
The nose is layered and inviting, with aromas of pastry, toasted almonds, white flowers, lemon, apple, and hints of peach.
