Vin de France – Le Péché Originel 2023 – Domaine Raymond Usseglio & Fils

A 100% Cinsault from 80-year-old vines in Lirac, on the right bank of the Rhône.

Fermented in concrete vats to preserve its aromatic purity, it displays a ruby hue with purple reflections and brilliant clarity.

The nose is expressive, revealing rose petal, black cherry, plum, orange zest, sweet spices, and aromatic herbs.

On the palate, it is fresh and juicy, with a medium body, well-integrated tannins, and a vibrant aromatic intensity. Balanced and elegant, it lingers on a long, refined finish.

Already enjoyable, it has the potential to develop further with time.
