This Amarone is made from Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta, and Rondinella.
The grapes dry trough appassimento process in “fruttai” for three months before fermenting in open wodden vats. It then ages for 36 months in French oak tonneaux.
Deep ruby with purple highlights, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit—wild strawberries, red currants, red plums, and blueberries—alongside oak notes, licorice, and chocolate.
Full-bodied and smooth, with high aromatic intensity that turns jammy. Good freshness keeps the balance. Medium-soft tannins.
The finish is long, with a touch of minerality.
A wine for structured meals or meditation, with great aging potential.
