A 100% Pinot Noir grown at 400–450 meters above sea level.
Spontaneously fermented and aged for 16 months in oak, 20% of which is new. It displays a fairly deep ruby red color with the typical transparency of Pinot Noir.
On the nose, it offers raspberry, black fruits like blueberry, and blood orange, along with floral hints of rose.
The palate is well-structured, with good acidity and balance that improves as the sip progresses.
Pleasant sapidity, polished tannins, and a long finish.
A wine that promises even greater potential with further aging.
