Trentino DOC – Riesling – Cembra 2021

This Riesling is cultivated at altitudes between 500 and 650 meters above sea level. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks, with a small portion in French oak barrels.

The wine has a pale lemon color. On the nose, it is intense, with aromas where the signature petrol note is already perceptible but overshadowed by ripe pear, apricot, and peach.

On the palate, it reveals an excellent mineral note. It is smooth, with a slightly greasy texture, but the characteristic acidity of this variety perfectly balances the wine. It also shows a light salinity. The balance is remarkable, and the finish is fairly persistent.

Certainly a beautiful wine that will reward with even greater enjoyment as it evolves in the coming years.
