A certified organic blend of Cabernet Franc 40% Merlot 30% Vabernet Sauvignon 30% from the Montorfano hillside, south of Franciacorta, crafted from the estate’s oldest vines.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 16 months in barrique, followed by a year in bottle.
In the glass, it shows a luminous deep ruby red with slight garnet reflections.
The nose is expressive, where emerging tertiary aromas blend with fresh violet, cherry, raspberry, bell pepper, and spices. Subtle hints of coffee, vanilla, and mint balsamic notes add depth.
On the palate, it strikes a fine balance with concentrated flavors, well-integrated evolving tannins, and bright freshness. Medium-bodied, with a touch of minerality and a persistent finish.
Elegant and structured, with great potential for further bottle aging.
